For those who have seen this place only as a hill station, this trail walk from the pristine Kumbakarai waterfalls will take you into the wilderness of Kodai jungles and the highlight of this tour is- Camping in the Oldest village(<500 years)- VELLAGAVI, which is a small hamlet in the deepest part of the jungle. Let's beat the summer heat by taking part in this astounding trail walk amidst the bewildering climate of Kodaikanal ranges with the Alphites.

Tentative itinerary -
16th April 2021-
- 9pm departure from Bangalore, starting point- Opp. Bannerghatta road Decathlon.
- 7am reach destination, fresh up in the waterfalls/facilities available(private/public)
- Have breakfast, packed lunch, permission process.
- By 9am start ascending.
- By/before 4pm reach the camping site, fresh up, sightseeing, and photography in the wilderness of Vellagavi jungle.
- By 8pm hot dinner, Campfire and party fun, stargazing, rest for the day.
- 6am wake up, sunrise view, fresh up, and resume ascending towards Kodaikanal.
- Reach Kodai by/before 12pm, photo sessions, spend some time and start towards Bangalore
- Have self-sponsored lunch way back to Bangalore.
- By or before 10pm reach Bangalore.
